This is a sendoff of thriller movies. Orange is being spied on by Blue. Orange runs away with a box (containing a secret, the audience supposes) but he is cornered by Blue. Blue was merely waiting for Orange to get to the alley so he could use him as a ladder and pee in the hard-to-reach urinal.
Thus what appeared to be a thriller is actually a non-sequitur.

Women laugh t guy for being a filthy pale ginger (aka: Irish), so he sets himself on fire for the ultimate tan. Later, he ends up with 'tanned' children, which makes him realise his wife cheated on him with a naturally 'tanned' guy.
In other words, he tried to do two jokes at once but failed because the first joke made the second one too confusing.

the trends i notice in his work are of
self perception - the 'protagonist' tries to change their appearance in a certain way
playing with out expectation of morality- some shit situation happens and he has a character enter the expected state of a normal moral person who then proceeds to shit on the first person even worse
setting up of a weird situation in which he tries to out-meta himself- the dog face dog face dog one is good example
he does the opposite of what you expect, which is probably the reason you like this stuff(unless of course, you aren't)
