/co/ has some cool traditions that don't get talked about enough. I've been on here for like a year and a half and read the night of the were ed on Haloween day.
Also if you try really hard, you can cut through the bull shit and find some cool threads with good discussion. I loved that thread where people were talking about the Disney documentary PBS put out for example.
Also, there's not near enough threads on animated movies. There's basically no discussion on movies other than Pixar, Disney, and other big studios. The Illusionist for example is pretty recent and I rarely see it mentioned.
