Hi guys, I havn't see a Gold Digger thread in a while, so maybe we can talk about it a bit. I just finished finished reading Gold brick 3, and I love the series. The characters are fun, it has lots of humor and action, and I really dig the weaboo cheesecake art style. Fred know how to draw sexy ladies.
My only complaint about Gold brick 3 would be that the tournament arc with Gina's mom dragged on a bit at times. But for the rest, it was a fun read.
I also collect each new issue that comes out, and I'm planning on reading some more of the older material.
What do you guys think of Fred perry and Gold Digger? I chatted with him once on stream, he seems like a cool dude.

Has Fred perry ever explained what his writing process is like? I tried asking him on stream once, but he was pretty busy drawing commissions for people.
Also I loved this issue, it was fun watching Brit trying to catch the legendary Tuna that ate her wedding ring.

Personally I like the referances to various movies, comics and anime series. Plus the toyetic cartoon show easter eggs.
But I can see why it would come across as lazy. If you use them too much.

Old school furries usually weren't into the mursona bullshit. It was sad lonely neckbeards roleplaying on MUCKs and MUDs that started that shit.
Good furries = People who like stuff with anthropomorphic animals.
Bad furries = People who define who they are based on their liking anthro stuff. And anyone with a durrsona and murrsuit.

And I'm STILL waiting for the issue I was promised about Gina dying 99 times in a tomb, and having to figure out how to escape by looking at the clues her corpses left.
The latest issues mention the EVENT in passing, but that's it. They skipped it and I'm mad.
