Yeah, as far as I know its just the covers. Us gets Dredd heads (and a Death that messes with the entire scheme), the UK gets colour bands
Although that said, it looks like Amazon has the US version at pretty reasonable prices

If you're dead set on the US versions, UK Amazon seems to have some. Weirdly, the US one will probably work out cheaper than most physical versions of the book, even with delivery charges.

The Batman crossovers are not in the Case Files, because they were one-shots and specials not included in the ongoing series. That said, there's a pretty nice TPB out there with almost all of them that should be easy to find.

99% sure its a separate book, like the other crossovers with Aliens and Predators (probably because of publishing rights issues, but that's just speculation). On the plus side, you do get all the Batman ones in the same book rather than have to wait potentially years to get them in the individual CFs.
