It means it makes you feel warm and cozy and comfortable. When something gives you the feeling of being wrapped up in a blanket in front of a fireplace, that's comfy.

Basically a show without a lot of high intensity moments like fights or tryhard humor. There can be some action scenes still, but they are more based on suspense rather than forceful hits.
