It's still in french, maybe I will translate it.
The comic itself is about vintage cars, it's not depressive or sad like Spirou journal d'un ingénu or Miss Pastouche.
It's just a lighthearted comic, so I hope you will enjoy it.

Thanks OP, I enjoyed reading this. The dialogue made me laugh more than once, it sounds very typically 60's. Also, knowing it was a going to be a self-contained vignette with a happy ending made it very comfy.

Here she is talking with her friend, she is kind of a whore.

So she found this guy who worked with the company that built the traction 22 cv but the project was cancelled except for some prototype
The guy was in love with a girl so he "borrowed" the car to get some pussy
And then...
The girl dumped the guy and got married with a banker that was somehow related with the project. Now margot looks for the woman

The guy wants the news but she does a Lois Lane here

So the blond guy escapes.
The old woman that helped to stole the car from drunk as a visit, it is the drunk guy. She asks for forgiveness and reveals that the 22 cv was still there.
She stole her from her husband because he was envious of his brother that already had one, the one who got crashed during WWII was the brother's one. The husband is dead but she couldn't shake the shame.
They decide to give the car back to the Citroën company but they want to have one last ride.
The end
The legend is real, there was a car made by Citroën, the traction 22 cv, the prototypes were sold in a car demostration but the company had some money troubles and had to sell the factories to Michelin and the project was cancelled.
From the car only exist some brochures and pictures.
Some people had tried to found with no success.
