What makes it worse is that Courtney taunts other contestants during the season by calling them 'girls' (Eva as well) and is pretty forgiving of Duncan when he asks her to make him dinner.

we've discussed alternate elimination orders before, one idea I had was Eva winning the challenge(and thus immunity) in her return episode, with her being unable to be voted off, the vote becomes an almost unanimous one against Heather, finale eventually becomes Eva vs either Gwen or Leshawna

Her care for other characters was miniscule at best in Season 1, and she was already ready to outright let them die to get the money before the second season even started(which was worse than anything she actually did in S2).
Season 1 Courtney was a mostly heartless bully who only cared about bossing people around and wanting Duncan's cock. She did not actually care for her team to any particular degree.
Her superstrength was also established in S1(in the episode Haute Camp-ture).
There wasn't really much for S2 to flanderize in the first place, since she already started out an asshole and all the supposed flanderization usually blamed on S2 actually took place in S1.
