Just because they can't hurt her, doesn't mean she can hurt them so at best its a stalemate.
She generally still needs to breathe while phasing, so if someone like Storm were to create a vortex that cut off her air supply she'd be knocked out. Same goes for knockout gas.
She needs to become tangible to actually hit someone, so in that moment when she does she's as vulnerable as anyone else and can knocked out.

If you become intangible but lose your mass, you would start losing contact with the Earth since it moves in an ellipse around the sun but you'd keep moving in a straight line.
If you don't lose your mass, you'd travel through the Earth to the centre (at max velocity), then come to a stop at the point antipodal to where you started from, and then come back to the point where you started from. Should take you about 84 minutes.

I'm probably looking too far into this but here are some questions that come to mind:
1) If you're intangible but visible does that mean photons bounce off you; and would that make you vulnerable to lasers?
2) Ignoring whether or not someone would sink into the ground or fly of into space, how exactly would they even be able to walk? Would they make their feet briefly tangible when stepping?
3) If they can make parts of themselves tangible/intangible, how do they stay attached to the rest of them?

Phasing any solid object into another object then making it solid again when it is in the other object would do more then what all of you said. It would cause a very catastrophic explosion since you'll have molecules sitting in the same space at the same time. If you phased a pipe for example into someone's gut, he wouldn't be just skewered he would have to scrapped off the walls.

There's plenty of weaknesses in intagibility, starting with need to hold your breath. And when you need to breath, you can inhale airborn toxin, extremely hot/cold air or just fail to inhale anything at all if something happened to oxygen around you. Part of you would also need to be anchored to reality, or else you won't be able to move at all - likely you float away from Earth toward upward-West, since gravity should not have any effect. Or is it East? No matter.
Whatever senses you still have would be affected. Again, you going to need to keep your eardrum tangible to hear stuff. Being visible means you are vulnerable to radiation of various sorts. If nothing else, a flashbang would still hurt you.
Intangibility is resourceful, but hardly game-breaking, unless you start deliberately write bullshit to cover for weaknesses.
