God, 2006 was awful for CN.
Also, the Disney Channel (or, so they called themselves, "Disney") didn't turn into a tweencom channel until 2000 or so. That was the year they completely purged the channel (outside of Playhouse and Vault) of anything their new "hip" target audience wouldn't be caught dead watching - old Disney shorts, Disney Afternoon shows...
