To be honest, given that allowing her to commit suicide would implicate Hank legally (remember: suicide is illegal in the united states, and people who enable it are often labeled murderers), I kind of got where he was coming from.
Not to mention, as I recall the episode, the lady just kept forcing herself into the home and trying to commit suicide. She didn't have any preparations made for her own body's removal or anything. She basically just planned to kill herself and then leave hank with the baggage of her death.
