>You were a cat comic once! A CAT COMIC!
>>78413575
Bingo. Not since the 90s
>>78413184
I thought he died?
>>78414224
then why is his signature on it?
shouldn't it instead have the signature of the actual cartoonist?
>>78414399
It's like a copyright. You ever notice how all Simpsons promotional art has Matt Groening's signature?
>>78414414
Groening was replaced with a computer in the late 00s.
>>78414399
You must be new to comic strips
>>78413184
No. He just knows his job at this point is to provide Garfield Minus Garfield fodder while still keeping the strip safe and marketable.
>>78414437
Ah, yes, the Groening3000: state of the art Simpsons plot-bot. Of course, it's since been replaced with the Groening5000.
Only trouble is they're running out of the psychotropic drugs they have to keep giving Matt so he keeps thinking he's the one coming up with the ideas. Those drugs haven't been available since the early 70s.

Guess it works

What if Garfield turns the way of Heathcliff and becomes unfunny to the point of incomprehension?
