Best Looney Tunes short?
Best Looney Tunes short?
Best Looney Tunes short.

Pretty much.
Looks like autocorrect spelled your image wrong.
PORKY'S MOVING DAY is infinitely superior.
KILL THE WABBIT
KILL THE WABBIT
TOHOHOOO-OH
You're all wrong
>>78398186
this. Rabbit of Seville is a close (but not that close) #2
>>78397922
No, not even close.
Just re-watched some of Chuck Jones's Bugs Bunny cartoons made for TV, and oh my God...they're utter shit.
where's literally me guy when you need him
I like the Bob Clampett shorts better
>>78397967
>>78397922
Correct.
>>78398186
Overrated.
>>78398691
Bugs is a troll
>>78399836
you talking about those movies/specials they made where they spliced together like a dozen shorts using various framing devices?
>>78401141
No, look up Bugs Bunny in king Arthur's court. It's horrid. Looks like Chuck couldn't make decent cartoons without the people who he used to work with at WB.
Chuck couldn't make anything work without that crew. Everything he did was awful. Even some of the fifties Looney Tunes were pretty bad.
I'm putting my vote in for A Wild Hare.
I can't this entire god damn cartoon from memory, but I can't add fractions.
>>78398186
Always the best.
I prefer shorts where Bugs loses.
>>78397922
Is "a Looney Tunes Christmas" any good?
>>78404368
oh fuck no, even the LTS christmas episode is better
>>78399836
did you ever see the webtoons

Alright then.

^This.
Chuck Jones was a good director, but an even better credit hog and self promoter. Those unfunny and poorly-timed Tom and Jerry cartoons of his convinced me all the rumors were true. I'd put both McKimsons and Clampett above him.
I'm so glad the comics were based on McKimson's Bugs.

All the Jones cartoons mentioned in this thread were written by Michael Maltese, that guy deserves some credit too
>>78407175
Don't forget about Warren Foster
>>78407175
Absolutely. While we're at it, how great was Carl Stalling's music. Even as a lad, whenever I saw Bill Lava's name in the credits, I knew it was going to be one of the shitty Looney Tunes shorts.
Has anyone else noticed that sometimes Bugs seduces guys without dressing as a woman? What's up with that.
>>78408739
>What's up with that
he's a huge gay that's what's up
>>78397922
>>78408852
Yeah, that's what I thought.
>>78407401
I wonder: are there any people in existence who like the Rudy Larriva version of these shorts?
I've even seen a few people who like the Deitch Tom & Jerrys, but everyone seems to unanimously hate 60s Looney tunes. Are they even worse (I never saw much of them as a kid)?
>>78408739
Rabbit ass is tappable with or without a dress.
>>78408866
literally me
>>78408852
I miss flamboyant Bugs. LTS and Wabbit Bugs is boring as hell.
we can all agree the 80s shorts sucked hard, right?
>>78410141
Box Office Bunny was decent.
>>78410169
That's from the 90's like Blooper Bunny and Invasion of the Bunny snatchers.
Both of those were pretty good.
>>78410359
It was released in Jan 1990. It's essentially 80s.
>>78410359
>Invasion of the Bunny snatchers.
Lewd.
>>78408952
As a kid I always found the Deitch T&Js fascinating as it was like the duo were warped to some strange alternate universe with all the weird ass sound effects and 'strange' humor.
The latter era Looney Tunes always made me change the channel though. Especially if something like the Daffy versus Speedy shorts or this fucker showed up.
>>78410454
No, it was spooky
>>78410387
fine
>>78404368
I thought it was okay, kinda trippy hearing Porky's daughter talk with the exact same voice as Sari Sumdac though
>>78410588
I feel sorry for this character... just completely born into the wrong time
