Used to have, sure, back in the day, but if I remember right, all the clones he made of Jean and Scott and everyone else were all flawed in some way. But Jean and everyone there are the orginals, I don't think he'd be so quick to throw them away when he could just have his Inhuman Cyclops impregnate Teen Jean and have her birth a true Unmutant.

Because Jean and Logan are both more iconic than Storm, so it takes away her chance to be in the limelight, now she has to share it with two characters who are just there for the inevitable romance shit. This would have been a great way for Storm to come into her own as the next de facto leader after Xavier, Scott, and Logan. And not just her, but everyone else on her team. Logan was barely dead for a year, what's the point of having another version of him running around? At this point Xavier has been dead longer than Wolverine.

I guess this is metacommentary, but it doesn't make any sense given what we've seen of mutants genetic potential compared to inhumans.
More importantly immunity to terrigen mist isn't really an advantage of any sort and subjecting an entire specimen to it repeatedly instead of any kind of test is just sort of a waste of time. I get it, I know Sinister is a mad scientist and all his who shtick is to play the cliches by the book front to back but this just seems pointlessly contrived even for him.

Jubes was only 10 when she joined the X-Men in 1989. Anole was 16 when hw joined the group in 2003
so taking the Marvel time theory and the most recent time skip Jubes is about 2 years younger than Anole but has been an active on again off again member of the X-Men for about 6 years while Anole isn't an actual member of the team he's just a graduate of the school.
