Don't count on it. The only story she's halfway relevant to is his cheating on her in Year One, and it's not like she's needed for Babs since post-Crisis Barbara isn't her mother. And it's not like they stick strictly to canon, everything involving Sarah Essen for example. No way in hell she's going to be Jim's second wife.

That's what I like about Gotham. While it's not a direct adaptation of the comics it's a combination of elements from multiple other adaptations and comic versions of the characters.

If they did it must have been pretty subtle or they dropped the idea early, because the only other thing I can think of that might count is Harvey calling a guy who spilled coffee on his shoes a clown in the second episode. And the Red Hood episode, but that was deep into the season.
