There are different "types" of Jedi
Guardian - Brute Force, combat focused, hit first, talk never. E.g. Anakin, Mace Windu - most Jedi
Consular - More focused on diplomatic studies and Jedi history. Yoda, Qui-Gon (i think).
Sentinel - The Jedi who goes undercover and uses their force powers in day-to-day situations (picking locks, defusing bombs, etc.)
There are more subdivisions, but that's it.
The Color of your saber doesn't mean anything - it's just a personal preference.
If it wasn't for the color contrast problems in Episode VI, then Lightsaber colors beyond Red and Blue would never have been a thing.

Nope. Crystals are colorless until they're chosen by a Jedi.
Colors are sort of an indicator though:
Yellow has only been seen wielded by the Jedi Temple Guards(though Ahsoka had a yellow-green saber) IIRC
Blue and Green are the most common colors for Jedi
Purple seems to be a rare color, since only Windu had it
White is pretty rare, only two known examples: Master Tera Sinube and his Saber-cane, and Ahsoka's White Lightsabers she found in an old Jedi temple that she uses is Rebels
Black only has one example, the darksaber.

dude, I'm glad you liked it. I just find half of the prequel just a chore to watch because the first half of Clones is painfully boring and doesn't get interesting until Obi is taking pop-shots from Jango in the rain, that was a nice scene

Actually, I also really like all the movies.
However there are parts I liked better than others, and some things were better than others.
To be honest, I think everyone here has something they liked about each movie.
TFA > Fury Road
Enjoyed Fury but didn't feel the urge to rewatch it like I did with TFA. Hell, I got the leaked BD quality Fury when it was still in theaters and I never bothered to rewatch it.
