No, it was actually pretty good.
It doesn't stand up to the originals, but literally nothing does. That's what has gotten some people so aftblasted about it.
It's better than Clone Wars, Rebels, or 95% of the EU.
The main problem is that Phasma was built up massively, and she's barely in it. She only has a few lines early on before being taken prisoner right before the climax and isn't seen again.
