What were the differences between Disney Doug and Nickelodeon Doug?
One has Billy West and the other doesn't
Disney's Doug was a show about change. Things changed. Characters changed. Doug had to cope with all of that. It was by design, but because Disney's Doug is lost media, nobody has watched it in years.
Kids who hated it because it was different grew up hating it, and can't go back to see how wrong they were.
Doug was in Middle School, Roger was a millionaire, Skeeter's honking noises were a result of a mental disorder, several episodes expanded on Doug's involvement with FOXHOUND, they had the Sheng Gong Wu from the previous season but had their names changed due to copyright reasons, Doug had a baby brother called Doog, Skeeter became a Black Panther, The inside of Doug's house was made out of human body parts, Patty was a ghost all the time and had organic webshooters, Riceballs became Donuts, Quailman snapped Roger's neck and the series ended in a Jonestown-esque suicide while Mr.Dinkle fell into the Honkerburgers' deep fryer.
And lastly, Doug's appearence in KH2 was fun, but it retconned much of the previous stuff in the Doug Canon, overall it was a mess.

One was a good show, but when you compare it to the other shows going on at the time on the network it was on, it was kinda bland compared to the others. None the less,i t was a pretty good show with a nice following... then again, it was a show you either liked or hated, whether it was because you thought it was bland or because "Doug Walker said so".
The other is something that people hated regardless for whatever reason, although it's a mystery... since it's essentially lost in time and may remain that way with the whole splat thing.

Most of the characters just had a few slight design changes with Judy and Connie having the biggest ones; they completely changed Judy's clothes and made Connie thin.
Roger was where the show went weird though since his family won the lottery and he became almost as rich as Beebe.
