GOTG, Winter Soldier & Antman were great. They learned alot from their mistakes, like having Whedon step down and looking at different ways to make the movies good without completely abandoning the formula. Honestly I trust the Russos even though I'm sure we'll see mistakes made in the future with any number of Marvel films. It's still the best thing Comic book fans have and as an ever evolving genre, may yet prove highly lucrative.

The BP actor has said that BP is his own man and that he flip flops between both sides because he has his own agenda.

Cap's team is very much like a family; Cap and Bucky like brothers and Sam the true friend bro, Hawkeye looks after Wanda and Scott probably bonds with both due to his own family thing with his daughter.
Stark's team is hollow; it consists of allies but nothing more. Other than Rhodey, no one is loyal to him, really. Widow has loyalties to Cap, Vision cares for Wanda, Black Panther has his own agenda, and Spiderman isn't 100% behind him, either.

Black Panther's arc is likely to involve his attitude to Bucky and relationship with Cap; he probably respects Cap while Stark rubs his big ego up the wrong way.
He appears around 15 minutes into the film and is constant (except the Infectious Disease raid) until the airport showdown. He won't appear much after that, except maybe a scene with Cap. Expect some exposition scenes when he is introduced.

Wanda's arc is focused on her powers; her emotions are connected to them, thus you can handily have most of her arc take place in the action scenes. She and Clint and Scott will have very little to do with the Bucky plot. She will likely appear in the beginning (first 15mins) but will quit and go to stay with Hawkeye rather than follow the accords. She won't return until Cap goes to her and Clint following the scene shown post-credits scene after Ant-Man, (about 50 mins), then she will be in the Infectious Disease building scenes and the Airport showdown, which I predict will end with her unlocking her powers and her repressed rage emerging, wrecking Rhodey while attempting to kill Stark. This leads to epithany for her and Vision choosing her over Stark. We will very likely get a heart to heart between Wanda and Vision.
Also, Olsen has implied she does not know how the film ends, this suggests the final act and ending is Cap/Bucky/Stark/Zemo focused and the Avengers do indeed disband, so they are not part of the conclusion. Olsen has mentioned Daniel Bruhl, I lean to the view "Citizen V" will be a Sokovian activist alter ego of Zemo who meets Wanda very early in the film but not after that.
Main Interactions: Hawkeye, Ant-Man, Vision, Cap
Hawkeye: While he obviously fights and quips with Black Widow, he will likely mostly be helping Wanda and bonding with Scott. He likely won't appear until about 45-50 minutes into the film, and likely leaves Cap after the airport fight to find Wanda and confront Vision.

The problem really is that Civil War is an overstuffed mess, there literally no way to make it a good transition to a single movie.
