Namor starts the fight. Immediately after, BB and Spectrum fly off to 616 to fight over the bomb. Spectrum gets knocked out by BB, meanwhile, Strange kills everyone. Then they go back to 616, they agree NOT to blow up the planet, then Namor does it anyways.
Assuming Spectrum was coherent enough to see the despute, from her perspective, this is what happens:

I started to like Namor after Gillen wrote him in X-Men. Then I've read some classic stuff and realized that Namor is one of the best marvel characters. A lot of people probably don't realize how interesting and great Namor is, because he is unpopular. It's like finding a hidden gem.
