Storm, by Don Lawrence. Bit hard to find by searching for the title, so just search by Don Lawrence.
Underrated as fuck IMO. I never see /co/ talk about his stuff, but Don Lawrence was my favorite comic author growing up. Picture related, it's his other main franchise. Both have great art, though the writing tends to be quite stiff.

FYI, comics typically release monthly, on the same week each month. Every publisher puts out a schedule several months in advance.
