So here I am, doing everything I can
To be half of a marathon man
I'm torn into pieces

All the police are behind him, but a bunch of those bullets hitting him head on. Where are they coming from?

Did it occur to you that there might be someone in front of him?

Morrison's Action Comics was literally one of the worst comics made (even Unbeatable Squirrel Girl was better)
When can we have a Superman that hugs people instead of fighting them?
Why is nu52 Superman literally the worst?

You couldn't even last a year, shirt'n'shoes Superman.

Can we stack whatever time he spent from depowering to getting his powers and suit back?

Holdin' on to what I am...

Doesn't add much, really.
I wonder if DC would allow a writer to set his story in the time period of shirt Superman. Like, say, tell a story that happened sometime in between Morrison's run's start and when Superman got the super-armor. Would people react negatively to that just because it doesn't further continuity?

Not really. Do people not like self-contained little stories? Clark doesn't need to be constantly evolving his status quo, sometimes he just needs to be Superman and solve problems.
I enjoyed seeing a massively depowered Superman trying to hunt down villains with his new power level, but I'm really just waiting for him to get back to 100%.

sounds like it could be fun depending on the writer, some of them would take the rookie Superman thing too far

it's kind of nuts how much Howard Porter's art has changed since the 90s
