Honestly at this point they've been pushing for Donnie x April so long at this point that to not have them hook up would be a cop-out. On the other side, Casey x April has only been teased, but never really the focus of any plots.
Ideally the whole love triangle bullshit should have dissolved by the end of season 2, if not during the Easthampton arc in season 3, and had Donnie grow as a character through rejection as Casey and April grew closer. But here we are.

That's not true. The Talk is about sex and sexuality in general. It's about your developing, growing body and the new "feels" that some people feel. I dunno...
