Same here. It looks like someone said "Remember how in Mickey's Rival, his car and Mortimer's car had a rivalry too? Maybe Mickey's bike from our Croissant cartoon should have some rival bikes."
Then the obvious road hogs = pigs and someone thought that was enough to make a cartoon.
The idea has been done better as a comic, with Mickey and Butch defending the pool hall from the bikers and without Minnie (see pic attached)
