Nobody has done anything interesting with him. Johns has been trying since New 52 but then they paired Wondy with Superman. Doesn't help that ARGUS can't support its own book yet.
Also nobody cares about Wonder Woman's supporting cast and rogues in general since they usually want to make their own to "leave their mark". Cheetah is the only rogue other writers care about, and Hippolyta is the only Amazon writers care about. Donna and Cassie are more Teen Titans characters, and even Artemis was replaced by Aleka and hasn't shown up yet.

Even in the TV series they couldn't find anything for him to do. By the last two seasons when he was playing Steve Trevor Jr. it was like they were just keeping him on for contractual reasons.
Part of the problem is that Steve's basic job is being too dumb to figure out Wonder Woman and Diana are the same person. That's why I think it was actually a good thing that Lois Lane spent most of the '50s being crazy and plotting to expose Clark as Superman; she may have been a bitch but at least she was smart enough to suspect.
