Matrix Supergirl would have been pretty fucking cool, and so was Lex II, but they just had to make that clone crisis and ruin it all completely.
It would've been better if Lex mellowed out and actually developed feelings for her. Considering how much he hates Superman, I was expecting her relationship with Supergirl to turn things around, but then they had to ruin it all with a stupid fucking crossover.

Loeb's first 2 arcs on S/B are underrated from his rep. He nailed the dueling internal monologues.
