According to Marvel, its one of the books that sells well to the digital crowd, but given their reluctance to release any such numbers, that can be called into question.
Since digital copies make a whole lot more profit per issue than physical copies (pennies per download vs. dollars per distribution) Squirrel Girl could sell online well and make Marvel all the profit they need. But there's currently no digital distribution chart (even though tracking digital sales would be fairly easy), so we don't know exactly how well it sold.
