Nah, Anon. The Breach plan went off without a hitch, Cinder said. Because getting a lot of Grimm to attack wasn't the goal. The goal was to get Atlas to take control of everything during the tourney instead of Vale Hunters.
If Roman hadn't fucked up, all the Hunters would be off on recon looking for Roman, and nobody would've been there to stop the Breach, EXCEPT Atlas. Either way, it looked like Atlas saved the day, got put in charge, and with Cinder's virus allowing her into their systems, she could conceivably take control of anything that she wanted with surprisingly little effort.
