I just finished watching the last film for the first time and I actually really enjoyed it. It's a stupid fun movie at best and I rank it 3rd right next to second film from the 90s, while the third actual film is still staggering way behind. I never cared for the fourth film.

That's pretty much how I felt about it, Bay? Fox? I didn't like Transforms, but it seems to have worked out alright with Turtles. I'm not expecting the film to take a serious tone, I expect cheesy one liners and a simple to follow plot. My only issue with the film is Shredder, he doesn't have any backstory and doesn't appear much except when fighting the Turtles leaving Sacks mostly in the spotlight.
