Zaffino's karnak. Best he has looked in years, actually has him lean muscular. The head is a bit undersized but it is better than the inconsistent size it had when he first stopped wearing his hat.

Karnak's head is suppose to be large for his size which is 5'7" so it shouldn't be super huge. What I think happened is that nobody saw him without the hat in the kirby era so with no way to tell how much was hat they made his head the same size as it was with the hat.
