Fuck software (in my humble opinion!), google the Kurtzman method (which was adopted by Spiegleman and Peter Bagge and many others), it basically involves using layers of tracing paper and different colour pencils so you can flip (for comp. purposes) and refine the image roughly but concretely and quickly. Better yet buy the Kurtzman coffee table book, there's loadsa examples of his process in there. Please don't give up on the traditional methods yet, Anon!

it's easier to edit drawings digitally, besides this is not for making roughs and then drawing on top of them, I just need a quick guide to plan panel placement, character standings and speech bubbles, nothing else
Medibang software is specifically aimed towards drawing manga books.
That's kinda like real comics.
