Really, did you not go on /co/ for the last two years? Ever since the lead up to the second Sin City film people have been commenting on that. They haven't officially confirmed it but Miller might've had cancer and then had chemo sometime last year. He actually looks a lot better this year so it's possible he's off it now.

Yeah it's pretty drastic. There was a panel last year celebrating Batman's 75th anniversary, and he was there along with Neal Adams, Denny O'Neil, and others. To keep in mind, Adams and O'Neil are in their mid-70's. At that time last year, Miller looked like he was around their age instead of his late 50's as he should be. Last year there were points where he needed to use a wheelchair, too. This year he seems a lot better off and he's been mainly using a cane so it seems like an improvement.
