It's a well known bug at this point. When you get near the end of the level (the cave where the generator is) stick to the right side of the cave until you come to an archway covered by rocks. Get beside the left side of the archway and keep jumping until you can jump over it. Once you get there go to the end of the cave and start jumping on the right side and you'll come to a hole that leads out of the bounds of the map. You'll find an artifact and you get to run around.
There's also one in level two that I just found. After killing the first boarbatusks, go into the cave on the right. You'll see some green crystals on the wall, go under them and keep jumping straight up and you'll be out of bounds again, free to jump around the castle walls.

"Otaku" shows typically have a niche comic following to begin with, panders to relatively unusual tastes, and usually receives heavy pressure from the industry to have lots of fanservice in order to sell the goods or never see a television screen again. You may recognize a number of archetypal characters just by looking at the cast: lolis, childhood friends, MILFS, etc. They're almost the complete opposite, and you'll probably recognize that a few shows mentioned on /rwbyg/ adhere to these specifications.

-DBZ has them. sometimes they mean something, and others they don't.
-Nanatsu no Taizai has them and its seems to be well balanced by the look of things.
-Naruto seemed like it has them, depending on how much chakra they had.
