Hopefully Chloe gets to interact with some of the other characters, is not get more screentime than Timmy. It's almost a given she'd also be babysat by Vicky is she does get co-ownership of the fairies.
We can blame the dog, we can blame the baby, but the root of the problem is that there's nothing left to explore about Timmy and his fairies. They can really do something fresh with Chloe, even if they just regurgitate stories from earlier seasons from a girl's point of view.

HB is okay, but I (personally) find it highly overrated here with the only defense being "it's nice and comfy ^-^". FoP can make a case for being like Simpsons actually. Small town that is as much of a character as a person. Divied up into different casts.... home characters, fairies, school kids, etc. Characters are all asses but many are well meaning and episodes often end in an upbeat.
Spongebob is like Famil Guy with a broader dumb demographic appeal, noisy characters that get worse by the season, and gore or grossout humor everywhere. Poop jokes for toddlers.
Also, Hartman worked with Craig McCRacken, not just Seth, and none of their shows are alike..
