Johns is DC's Chief Creative Officer. His job is to basically pitch ideas and serve as a living DC encyclopedia and consultant for comics, shows and movies. Considering Johns is basically DC incarnate, with generally batshit crazy but really fun ideas, I wouldn't be surprised if he had a hand in some of the more fun moments we've seen in DC's live action these past couple of years.
