Why was this such a big miss? People were hyped, the trailer was okay, the director was good. I liked a few aspects of it, better than marvels other film of the mcu. Now my friends hate marvel and aren't excited for civil war.
What did you like about it, what did you not like about it
>better than marvels other film of the MCU
I litterally can't think of one movie in the MCU that was worse than this, not even Iron Man 3.
It's matter of days until Fox gives back FF licence to Marvel and we'll finally have Doom we deserve on big screen.

Elektra or daredevil
>>78002980
>I am a god!
>Quips
>Puny god
Nah, fox should just sell to dc
>>78002980
Is anyone perfect enough to play Doom
>>78003002
>Elektra
Elektra is barely even a movie
>Daredevil
Daredevil was fun as fuck what are you on about?
>>78003020
Who cares who's playing him, voice is what matters. It's not like his face is revealed constantly.
>>78003039
>Has Ben Affleck's acting improved since Daredevil?
>>78002930
>People were hyped
lol.
>better than marvels other film of the mcu
Ahah, no.
>Now my friends hate marvel and aren't excited for civil war.
Tell them that FF is by an other producer and has nohing to do with the MCU nor Marvel Studio.
>>78003002
Those two aren't apart of the MCU, and the current Daredevil kicks ass
>>78003059
You saying you don't wanna see this fucking sexy mug!?
>better than marvels other film of the mcu
Theres no reaction image suitable for this statement.
>>78003074
That's how he looks like when he fixes himself. Secret Wars reveal was gross. He looks like Leper Island reject.
>>78003059
Early to mid 2000s Affleck was pretty shit.
But you cant watch movies like The Town, Argo and Gone Girl and tell me he hasn't improved since Daredevil.
>>78003067
Dude, you know how stupid casuals are. They think the same people who did guardians of the galaxy did x men
>>78003002
2 other Fox duds that are not part of the MCU
>>78003020
Mad Mads
>>78002930
>People were hyped
Stopped right there
>>78003097
Well he has to be handsome first for his Origin story, not for long but just until Mephisto marks his face.
>>78002946
To this day I still don't understand people's problems with Iron Man 3, hating it even more than the Thor movies or Iron Man 2.
>>78003002
>>78002930
None of these movies are in the MCU
>>78002930
>People were hyped
>For FantFourStick
You're fucking joking right?
>>78003107
Equally you can't argue that a guy who won his first Academy Award in 1997 hasn't ever phoned it in for the money since. He was winning SAG awards for his acting back then, but in 2009 he also got a Razzie for Worst Actor of the Decade, and the overwhelming majority of awards he's ever been nominated for or received were for Argo.
Filmmaking is a collaborative process and if those people are split up for their next projects, they individually may find themselves giving their best but actually working against the interests of the picture. You can actually produce a bad movie by trying too hard. Like, say, by constantly bringing the real director into your trailer and pointing at your Oscar sitting on the card table and saying "my wife won't let me keep this at home any more" as though you somehow get a free pass for shitty behavior just because you won an award one time years ago.
>>78003115
Most casuals think that Superman and Wolverine are from the same company. Like there is just one big COMICS inc.
>>78002930
>People were hyped, the trailer was okay
Not really.
>What did you like about it, what did you not like about it
Still haven't watched it, like most cape movies.
>>78004164
Reminder that many people think Matt Damon did all the work. It's even a Family Guy cutaway joke.
The guy is incredibly charismatic, but I don't think he's that good an actor. He's like a worst Clooney.
>>78003115
Casuals figured out the difference between Marvel character movies and Marvel Studios movies after Amazing Spider-Man 2 didnt have any MCU connections but Guardians of the Galaxy did.
>>78004164

Is this something that happened?
>>78002930

Because nobody was on the ball, everything was a mess behind the scenes and the goal of the studio wasn't to make a good movie, but to get a FF movie out no matter how bad in a certain timeframe so Marvel couldn't get the rights back.
>>78005240
I thought the ff was part of the mcu? I was waiting for a cross over. Jokes aside, ff and Spiderman are better without marvel. They should sell rights to dc
>>78002930
>People were hyped
Are you damage controlling or something? Cause I remember that it gradually got reduced each month leading up to the film as new rumors about problems was coming out.
>>78005298
Now you're just shitposting
