To be fair since Steam Greenlight and Early Access was introduced, Steam has little to no quality control and many people used it as a way to scam people with shitty low quality and unfinished games. I think Frisk was never meant to be the player avatar. Frisk is only Frisk after you complete a pacifist run because Frisk is the ultimate goody goody. But you do refer to yourself as the name you enter/Chara if you do the genocide run probably as some Spec Ops message of you as a player are a genocidal monster playing so many games where you're main input is murder everything you come across

Watch_Dogs I think would be pretty good, like a Burn Notice or the Blacklist type of show. It'd be a good tech show with the suspension of disbelief that comes with it being from a video game.

It was one of the Kickstarter stretch goals that was reached. $7000 got Spade (the edgy ninja panda) as a playable character and a non-specific "webcomic series" on top of that, and the crowd funding reached $25,472.
Frankly, with the storytelling chops on show in the game, it's not a huge loss. It would have been a curiosity more than anything.

I've been thinking way too much into how an Undertale cartoon would work. Undertale plays off the tropes and interaction of a game, so for a cartoon it has to do the same for that medium.>Starts as a cute kid show, almost villian of the week type deal, classic.
