Nah, the show was announced for 2016. Toonami doesn't air ads or bumpers for its shows until like two weeks before they premiere.
It didn't get a precise date or season announced, so I wouldn't expect it until late spring or summer.

It already died. The exact time of death is uncertain, but it's somewhere between like half a dozen great shows like Sym-Bionic Titan and Avengers: EMH got cancelled around the same time and when Nick put Books 3 and 4 of Korra on their website instead of even bothering to air them on TV.
Jack's revival represents Genndy giving western action animation CPR even though it's legally dead, and it's really not certain if it'll work. Even if he succeeds, it'll never be quite the same, as it only paves the way for TV-14 and up western action animation, but that's better than nothing, and honestly could be great for our demographic, because in all likelihood the most obvious choice for another 00's CN Action Revival after Jack is Megas.
Honestly, I'm glad it's even happening. Between Jack, JoJo Part 4, and Lucha Underground Season 2, 2016 is going to be a wonderful year.
