Like Tom and Jerry cartoons having a warning before they show the ones with the fat black maid, because 50 years ago it was common to have a black maid if you were upper middle class, but back then it was "so progressive, they acknowledge that black people exist". Much like that one guy who was bitching that star trek gets too much praise for being progressive, when having an Asian and a black woman and a Russian in the 1960s was extremely progressive and basically set the standard "several white people and several different kinds of minorities" standard that has existed in media for decades, which usually results in minorities being over-represented if anyone cared enough to actually look at racial minorities as a percentage of population versus their representation on most television shows- which is something that the moral crusaders would bitch about IF racial thinking completely shifted towards promoting white people instead of minorities or whatever. Since these moral crusaders don't naturally care one way or the other but are mostly concerned with signalling their moral outrage so that society will give them likes on faggotbook.
