Last we saw in anything hulk related, Doc Green (super-intelligent Hulk persona) was going around de-Hulking everyone with gamma powers. It's possible he saved himself for last which would explain why Bruce isn't Hulk anymore but that's just speculation.

The Hulk is about self indulgence. Bruce's was so violent because he had a massive repressed anger problem; it takes She-Hulk way longer to lose it, but She-Hulk was everything Jennifer Banner ever fantasized about being, strong, confident, sexually liberated.
