Asterix and the magic carpet
Fucking loved this one. Probably my favorite.
>>77865852
Fuck yeah
The scene where the two fakirs are tossing curses at each other invoking all the Hindu gods is probably my favorite Asterix scene ever
>>77865852
One of the best. Once again well translated puns.
>>77866159
It's the only time Dogmatix talk.
Keep it coming OP, this stuff's fantastix.

Everywhere outside of Europe is just a big party where everyone mixes together for Goscinny, isn't it?
>>77866843
Goscinny was dead at this point. This is just Uderzo
>>77866569
>>77866560
Those battle shots are gorgeous.
>>77866921
He was a better artist with Tangy and Laverdure.
>>77866871
Right, sorry. I got them mixed up.
Uderzo was a great artist, but he just wasn't as good a writer as Goscinny.

>fresh dung of an elephant calf
More indian poo jokes
>>77866961
hu ho
anyone else feel sad they missed this quality shit growing up?
OP?
>>77867050
Sorry, I had an issue with another job on Photoshop.
Only nowadays do I realize that this one's more anachronistic than a Disney-movie or an Osprey-illustration.
>>77866612
that's not mud
FIN
What should I dump tomorrow?
Yesterday was Sonic in the claws of Robotnik.
>>77867162
I could always go for more Asterix. I haven't read most of the Uderzo-only stuff.
>>77867183
If only there was a translated version of Tanguy and Laverdure (Or Buck Danny).
>>77867189
Buck Danny's available, among other military aviation series. Alice seemed to enjoy the genre well enough and translated a bunch of books.
>>77867240
the older one's by Charlier?
>>77867085

I know Night of the Serpent has been scanned because I tried my best at fixing the images.

>Bergese.
It's just not the same.
>>77867183
Seconding this. Do you have the one where Obelix drinks from the magic potion again and turns into a baby?
Alternatively the one where they are in Spain.
>>77867310
>Do you have the one where Obelix drinks from the magic potion again and turns into a baby?
>Alternatively the one where they are in Spain.
will do.
>>77867310
>Obelix drinks from the magic potion again and turns into a baby
>Obelix drinks from the magic potion again in another book and turns to stone
Uderzo, you fuck.
>>77867421
It's the same book though.
It was just a different potion, to cure him.
bump for thank-you
This was the first book Uderzo did by himself, right?
>>77867162
>dat Fulliautomatix
>>77868688
Nah, that was Asterix and the Great Divide.
It is said spaniards actually didn't liked this comic that much, because it made them look like gypsies.

Love the way that beast is drawn
>>77869581
Man, I'm a Spaniard, and I never had a problem with it. It's all in good fun, and it's not just the bad steretypes being mined here.
>>77870109
Heeheehee
Aw man, this leaves me with a good feeling.
How bout the Koriska one? It starts with a party in which these Spaniards (among others) come back for a visit. Feels like a good transition to me.
>>77873290
Tomorrow then. I need to continue to translate a comic.
if someone has asterix and cleopatra, I'd appreciate it if they could dump it.
>>77866941
Too true.
Even as a child, I quickly figured out that the comics past a certain point were...noticibly worse than the earlier ones, and I wasn't even old enough to be nostalgic yet. I hadn't learned of Goscinny's death until years later, though.
Is there a scan of the newest one?
>>77865948
>>77865903
>>77865880
I haven't read it since I first got it but I don't really recall enjoying any of the post-Goscinny books all that much.
