They're retooling it as a new package more purely focused on animation or something and it's being rebranded under a new name.
Flash animator's will probably have to relearn some things but it's probably not that big a deal, it's more that the era of Flash is now officially ended when it was a pretty iconic step in internet animation.

Yes, they made a video about FLASH IS DYING and Strong Bad made an offhand comment about having enough classic motion tweens and deprecated actions to last them at least 6 months until they learn HTML5.
