For some reason I can't see anything original in the trailers or anywhere. It's as if JJ Abrams is copying both the originals, apocalypse now, and even the sequels with the weird lightsaber. Even the new robot is similar.
It seems like such a waste of a universe where the first entries were so different from anything else and had such a particular style and novelty to them.
This one seems like it's gonna pottery A New Hope up to the details and it's just a shame in such a diverse Universe where KoToR and Jedi Knight 2 exist and feel both so expansive and so intimate, yet very original with epic and noir undertones.
