No just the Gold Edition because it includes all the DLC on disk, the DLC that was pulled from Xbox Live and PSN alogn with all Marvel content after Disney purchased them
The base game is worth like $5-$10, but gamestop will charge you another $40-$50 for some $10 DLC you can't get anywhere else

Buggy as a Bethesda game, but a lot of fun alone and even more fun with friends. I really miss those days playing through them with my buds.

1 was the more fun game. The restrictions in 2 were bullshit. I had to wait most of the fucking game to play as Venom and GG. Wait it did have though was attention to detail. The character models were fantastic, and each character had different written text dialogues for most interactions. Some even voiced differently.

There were times the auto scroll of the screen caused certain characters to get trapped behind items or ledges with no ways of getting off or around them. Occasional items or people falling through solid objects. Save files not saving correctly. But we honestly got hit so often we just laughed it off.

In one of the versions I played the dialogue option with Mystique in Savage Land never appeared, rendering the game unplayable because it was impossible to move past that point. Characters just stood and controls didn't work.
