Can we talk about new52 Lobo? I have been reading his solo serie and first I dropped it but then I hear Sinestro having some appearances. So far it's not bad. It's not good ol' Lobo but he fulfills with the badass merc who is a complete bastich. What do you think? You like him, you hate him?

There are people right now, RIGHT! NOW! that read and enjoy NuBo for what he is presented as. A badass conflicted pretty boy in space.
They have read, if not at all, a minimal amount of old Lobo and judge his previous character as childish and intended strictly for immature edge babies, without recognizing his satirical nature.
They are the "Lobo fansboys/fangirls/fantrans" that DC will cater to, because the industry is flooding with up and coming new talent that pushes their social agendas and barely understands previous material on the character.

New 52 Lobo is just kind of there. It isn't offensively bad, at least not for me because I haven't read much of the original Lobo to have much of an attachment to to the characterization that most people had. Everything about it was just "meh." The plot revolving around Lobo assassinating would-be mercs trying to destroy the Earth is a really simple concept, but could make for some fun stories. Unfortunately, the stories weren't fun, the side characters were awful and Lobo himself was boring. The art didn't do anything for me either. It wasn't something I was hoping would get canceled, but I'm not disappointed in the least to see it go.
