Let's start a Superdickery thread
>>77774200
I picked these up at NYCC
>>77774315
For how much?
>>77774364
$2 a pop. The covers are in good condition, but the pages are pretty yellowed/faded.
A Classic.
Was it rape?
>>77774200
I picked up the issue in the OP and this one about 10 years back at a car boot sale. Framed them up and gave them to some equally nerdy friends after they got married a few years back.
is there some kind of collection of old silver age/ bronze age available online? there are huge gaps in DC's digital comic library, and I'm too retarded to figure out torrents on my Mac. can someone please help
>>77774362
Is the perspective alright with this?
I know he's behind her but Superman looks like he's shrunk half a size.
>>77774200
>superdickery
I remember when that site used to be updated, funny, and not full of malware.
>>77774430
Pattons ghost is going to shoot Lois?
wat
Can't believe nobody has posted this yet
>>77774517
This one is the best. I love it so much.
>>77774315
That last one is pure art.
>>77780307
Because it's a retarded edit. Kill yourself.
I've read this one
He has completely legitimate reasons for mutating himself into a kryptonian/giant ant hybrid monster man
>>77776194
Probably, but it's Silver Age so it's fine.
>>77776194
>hypnobaby6
>6
Dare I ask?
>>77776194
Since he ends up fucking both of them, maybe?
I don't think there's a law for it
>shit I'm about to die?
>better deface the moon
>>77782298
reminder that they're cousins
biggest asshole NA
>>77782298
Man, they took every opportunity possible to have those incestuous overtones all throughout Solver-Age.
>>77774240
Its not enough he got him tied to the stake in the first place, is it
He has to go the extra mile
>>77782405
Can we have the full pic instead of the thumbnail?
>>77782425
>>77782401
>Sorry Super Cousin, the laws of a long extinct civilization forbid me from banging you super-senseless every night
>>77782405
What is this? An imaginary son for ants?
Brought to you by Mark Millar
>>77782513
this is a superman thread idiot
>>77782405
You mean smallest
>>77774200
Anyone here see the Batman: Brave and the Bold episode, "Battle of the Superheroes"? It's one big Superdickery homage.
Jimmy Olsen: Superman's turned into a real di-
Lois Lane: -different person!
http://www.watchcartoononline.com/batman-the-brave-and-the-bold-season-3-episode-5
>can throw around tanks like toys
>pretend lifting a fat woman is physically exhausting
>being so much of a dick you screw over yourself
The reason is, he hates poor people
>>77774430
>Patton's ghost
I think Lois is just tripping balls
>>77782394
>Superman (Clark Kent)
Well no shit, who else fucking can write on the moon?
>>77783523
huh. always wanted to know the context of the ac1 cover.
>>77783750
I want to know the context of almost all of these posts.
>>77782513

>>77782513
The fuck is Clark Kent doing here?
>>77774240
>>77782431
Goddammit, Morrison
>>77782431
>And that, Robin, is why you never EVER get into a prank war with Superman.
>>77778868
I don't think the perspective is necessarily wrong. It's just that a better composition would have had something in the foreground overlapping Superman, to further establish the fact that he's in the background, and not just very small. A big part of our perception of distance is overlapping forms.
Probably could had drawn it so that Batman or the princess were positioned more in front of Superman.
>>77790239
First the cure for cancer, now his wife? Truly, there is no limit to the man's dickishness
>>77786231
So, why the fuck was he so butthurt about the pennies?
>>77776194
Kyle: What? No, you don't understand...
Policeman #1: You sure they've had sex?
Kyle: Yeah!
Policeman #2: Has she performed oral sex on him?
Kyle: I think so.
Policeman #2: Nice.
Policeman #1: Nice!
Policeman #2: [whispers] Nicccce.
Police Sergeant: So, wait. What's the crime?
Policeman #1: The crime is she isn't doing it with me.
[cops laugh]
Kyle: Hey! He's totally underage. She's taking advantage of him!
Police Sergeant: You're right. We're sorry. This is serious. We need to track this student down and
[pauses]
Police Sergeant: give him his "Luckiest Boy in America" medal right away.
>>77782279
Care to tell us? or storytime?
>>77794833
The giant ants are travelers from outer space who crash landed on Earth, their "attacks" are just them trying to get supplies to rebuild their ship and the Kryptonite they have with them is the ships fuel
Superman uses some Red Kryptonite and thinks "ant thoughts" to turn himself into an antman temporarily to settle the conflict peacefully
>>77790239
>air wave
What ever happened to him?
>>77782401That makes it hotter
>lying to an obviously uneducated woman to make yourself look smart
>>77794473
Let's find out, shall we?
There's a familiar face
>>77774315
Why Batman has that face in the second cover? "Superman is invulnerable to bullets" or "My parents are dead and what killed him was a gun, so I can not grab a gun. Cursed Superman"
>>77782425
Hey, Green Lantern also had a Silver Age plot where he sent his statue to war. Was that a recurring theme back then?
>>77797186
>It is illegal in Idaho!
These comics need to be storytimed more.
>>77797236
Wait. How did Superman bury himself underground without any traces? What the hell?
>>77798898
> Silver Age
Enter the mysterious and lovely Mighty Maid.

>checkmate Morrisonfags
>>77774467
Just lose the weight after the payout dumbass.
>>77797198
Yeah, why don't you put the whole world in a bottle, superman?
>>77783492
>someone sticks one of Toyman's Superman dolls up their ass
>Superman shudders in sheer terror as he is plummeted across the universe and shot into the anus of some ungodly Old One
>>77782352
Holy shit, the concept of the multiverse was a thing since the Silver-Age!
>>77797198
Prankster didn't do nothing tbphonest family.
>>77797236
So Superman literally framed a guy just so he can arrest him as revenge for the other shit Prankster pulled? This is brilliant, I love jackass Superman.
>>77801927
This stuff is awesome.
Do you have >>77797356?
>>77795139
I thought it was to show dangers of nuclear war...I might be thinking of another comic.
and since when does Red K work like that??? He would have to test it on another kryptonian to see how they react and then use it on himself (since red kryptonite only works once per person)
>>77782202
This is how Injustice should end. Complete with Clark Kent reskin for Metallo.
Most Super-Dickery is really an insanely complex plan by superman to get a bank robber to give up (or get his friends to stop annoying him).
See it really worked, they knew how to sell comics back then
You see these covers and you want to buy the comic!!!
>superman will never do this kind of stuff every again unless the writer is being "ironic"
I used to be a stupid edgelord child who thought silver age comics were a black mar on the medium, but now I know the truth that they're exponentially better than modern comics.
>>77782838
Thank you good sir I am off to watch this amazing episode
I prefer Superman's Silver/Bronze age personality more than his modern one. (not just because of his superdickery)
>>77798650
There were a lot of reoccurring themes back in the Silver-Age. Gorillas being the most blatant, for some reason.
>>77795931
Don't we all, anon?
