THE HOBO OF THE SEAS is a secondary character from an amazing cartoon from Brazil, Jorels Brother. Its better than half of the current things that air on CN of the USA.
The tone is very similar to Flapjack, and Jorel makes me remind of him.
His dad is literally Stans dad from South Park, and its wonderful.
His mother is basically every thing that /co/ wants on milfs.
