I really don't think that it's meant to be taken seriously... like, at all. I think of it as a fairly okay shounen animu affair except with ladies in latex and I think that was basically what the author wanted to make.
Artstyle's very hit or miss, but the overall simplistic look is probably so it's easier for him to pump them out on a consistent basis.
Guy's been pumping out pages since '09 and there's 888 of them, not including the side story stuff, either. He's like some sort of machine, I swear.He should hire someone to make a decent website layout or something; half the time, when going through the archives, the site breaks and everything looks fucked up something fierce.
