I didn't enjoy AoU all that much... felt pretty mediocre. I liked it a lot better than the first movie, though, yes. The first movie was lacking in everything except quips, quips, and more quips. The second one was still, just quips, quips, and more quips, but the plot of the movie was slightly more engaging, and I liked Ultron more than Loki.
I seriously hope Civil War is more "Captain America" than "Avengers," because CA movies actually have a history of being good and really great movies, whereas the Avengers don't.
