I see it going to pushing Tigress into resolving her anger, she still sees herself as a child in some aspects, but she craves more. As explained in the first movie, she's on the edge of becoming like Tai Lung, Shifu wasn't sure how to raise her. So she's going to have make a choice, become a warrior or Martial artist.
The thing is the third movie looks consistently good like the first two were. So this 6 part series will be good.

-The movie will open with a foreboding introduction to the main villain, Kai, who even though we've never seen or heard of up to this point will make it seem like he's been their since the beginning and is one serious badass who is unstoppable. Just like Tai-Lung... and just like Shen....
-Upon discovering the hidden panda village and meeting his real dad for the first time, Po will be somewhat reluctant at first, but then through a series of random "feel good" montages, Po will accept and cherish his new panda family with open arms.
-Po will be betrothed to Mei Mei for no reason other then to spark a love triangle between her, Po, and Tigress. Tigress will get jelly and start hitting things.
-FA will explode with Rule 34 of Mei Mei (well that ones more of a straight fact then a prediction, so it probably doesn't count)
-Shifu will be in the movie for all of 5 minutes as I orgasm in the theater at the sultry sound of Dustin Hoffman's perfect voice.
-Monkey will speak 3 words of dialogue as Jackie Chan says, "Okay, can I get my check now?"
-Mantis, Crane, and Viper will be background props.

-Tensions will rise between Po's real dad and Mr. Ping as we all know that movie tropes only allow one father. Po will then willingly make the decision to stay with and protect his new family as he shares common ground with them being pandas and all. This will also of course mean he leaves the Furious 5, to which point the scene will be very sad and everyone will leave in a huff so that they're all conveniently angry at each other.
-The second Mr. Ping and the Furious 5 leave Po on bad terms, Po will be betrayed by the Pandas, most likely by Po's real dad or Mei Mei in which they made a deal with Kai to deliver Po to him most likely in exchange for not killing everyone in the village.
-Having a change of heart after Kai doesn't hold up his end of the bargain, the betrayer will instantly regret their decision and help Po at the last second before he's killed.
-Furious 5 will get wind of it somehow and show up to fight Kai's army with all the pandas in the final action sequence.
-Po's real dad will sacrifice himself to save Po, most likely from an opportune stabbing so that he can die slowly and have a really long and drawn out speech to Po as he dies in his arms. Mark my words, Po's real dad will die.
-The movie will end on a happy feels good ending giving just enough leeway for a Kung Fu Panda 4 if the movie does well enough at the box office.
-Po and Tigress' relationship will be left very broad and unspecified since I sincerely doubt a kids movie will want to incorporate interspecies relationships.
