GI Joe had some good female characters with different motivations and shit and almost all of them are cuties that appeal to different tastes. Baroness for Dominatrix fetishits, you like a cute tomboy girl? Lady Jaye, typical model Barbie GI Jane? Cover Girl, trailer trash punk girl? Zarana.
I guess Jinx has some versions of her that are annoying but the movie version of her was the best (so much that they cast her actress as Elektra) and makes up for it, still she's a cutey.
Agent Helix is the only one I would put in the shit tier dumpster category, annoying as fuck Mary Sue and her being more perfect for Snake Eyes than Scarlett plus a better fighter than him and having the powers of TaskMaster, Lady Shiva and Midnighter combined is enough to make me dislike her character.
